The TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprint) thermal transfer printer utilizes a heated thermal transfer printhead to peel off the ribbon at a special pressing angle, transferring the ink from the ribbon substrate onto the surface of the object, such as flexible films or labels. The TTO printer can be used in conjunction with packaging machines for packaging film products.
The R4000 series printing speed reaches up to 800mm/s, with the minimum printing spacing adjustable to 0.1mm. Additionally, the ribbon supports lengths of up to 600m, featuring a ribbon-saving mode that effectively reduces the frequency of ribbon replacement.
The printer is equipped with a 10.1-inch full-color LCD touch screen for ease of operation. The hardware configuration consists of a self-developed PCBA motherboard, coupled with an industrial-grade high-performance CPU and high-speed computing FPGA. The body of the printer is constructed using aviation-grade aluminum, making it both sturdy and durable.
